Saved people serve people! This is how we move from being consumers to being contributors.
When you volunteer, you’re doing the most important work in the world: helping people move closer to Jesus. It all makes a difference: the way you greet people, help someone find a seat, run audio/visuals, lead worship, or teach children.
Discover Tots and Discover Kids
We want church to be a place where your entire family is encouraged to draw closer to Christ—your kids included! All our kids' programs are designed to be safe places where children can learn new and exciting things about God while being led and cared for by adult volunteers from our congregation. It's our hope to encourage children to not only discover new things about God, but also begin to understand how those things matter in their own lives.

For newborns and toddlers, we have nursery and early childhood spaces available, while we offer fun learning environments for preschool up to 5th grade students. Our children's environments include Bible stories, songs, games, crafts and playtime each week. Be sure to contact us with any questions or to speak with our children's director.
First Impressions Team
It has been said, “You only have one chance to make a first impression.” The eternal value of our mission and message at Discover makes this quote a critical one. Our goal as the First Impressions team is to allow the Holy Spirit to use us to break down the spiritual barriers that people have built up by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests as they arrive. We are committed to excellence, and to providing an atmosphere where people can connect with Jesus in a real and personal way.

To serve on this team, we are always looking for volunteers who have a genuine love for Jesus and for every person that walks through the doors at Discover Church.
Discover Students
In student ministry, we strive to lead students to become passionate followers of Christ. By partnering with parents and trained leaders, our mission is to teach and inspire the next generation to be founded in their faith and confident in their Creator. Through regular Bible study and small group gatherings, we encourage students to walk boldly towards Christ, apply His truth to their lives, and develop strong, life-changing relationships with the God of the universe. We want our students to know Jesus so that they might be excited about sharing His name and making Him known to others. Our prayer is that the church would be the future of our world and our students, the future of the church.

Student ministry at our church serves students 6th grade and up. With weekly programs for middle and high school students, we have something for everyone!
Audio and Visual Ministry
The purpose of the Media Ministry is to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually driven, ever-changing world through the use of technology and media, and to equip other ministries of the church to use the electronic ministry as worship and outreach tool.
Those who choose to serve in this ministry can find great fulfillment in being part of a team who loves the Lord and who has a great time serving. The Audio Visual Ministry is seeking individuals that would like to be a part of this exciting ministry. All selected individuals will be trained and alternate on a schedule.
